Opening up to someone new can be daunting. Before booking a session, a consultation gives you a chance to tell me a bit about what’s bringing you in, get a sense of what it feels like speaking with me, and ask any questions you have about me and my practice.
Finding a therapist that works for you can be a lot like dating, we sometimes have to date around before we find someone we click with. The first time we chat is like that, making sure that we’re a good fit for each other.
